With the Season 2 Battle Pass coming to an end, Epic Games have released a breakdown for the new Fortnite Season 3 Battle Pass! This time they have added 30 more tiers making it a total of 100 tiers to complete the pass. The season 2 pass focused on knights as its theme, there were a variety of outfits and gliders available for unlock within the tiers. This season looks to be focusing on Space as its theme. The first item you unlock is the new Mission Specialist Outfit!
Even though 30 tiers have been added, you’ll still be able to complete the Season 3 Battle Pass in the same amount of time as the Season 2 Battle Pass (typically 75-150 hours). If you don’t have the time, you can always purchase tiers for 150 V-Bucks each.
Comparing The Two Seasons:
New Battle Bundle:
There will be a new Battle Bundle in Season 3! This will include the Battle Pass + 25 Tiers for 2800 V-Bucks which includes access to the Battle Pass and instantly unlocks your next 25 tiers, all at a 40% discount.
Tier up even faster by completing the new Weekly Challenges. Each week a new set of seven challenges unlock, replacing the Season 2 Battle Pass daily challenges. Weekly Challenges stack and can be completed any time before the season ends, so if you buy a pass mid-season you’ll still have access to all of the previous Weekly Challenges. You can complete four out of the seven Weekly Challenges to unlock your rewards. This will allow you to choose the challenges that best fit your style!
